Is this a good diet plan?
i sleep for a long time so i dont ever eat breakfast
for lunch i have salad with grill fish with a little bit oil and tiny amount of salt and pepper, and some italian dressing 60 cal a bottle
and then i do yoga, ride bike, practice taekwondo kicking, and stretch each foe 15 min. So technically i excercising for 1hr a day, everyday. i rest for 15 min and for dinner i have the same thing as lunch. i drank 2-3 bottle of water a day. No snack...
will i lose weight in about 3 weeks ?

Yes you will but make sure you eat atleast 1000 calories everyday or you wont lose weight
