i dont want pills, or to go out and get a special kind of food. what is a guaranteed weight loss workout that works in ten days

You can't lose that much weight that fast without setting yourself up for failure later. You could probably starve yourself to death, which may work, but once you started to eat again your body would store everything and you would get bigger than before.

Better idea...reduce your daily calorie intake by 500 and walk 60 minutes each day.
