I heard of good calories and bad calories...but overall is weight loss all about the calories, even if they are junk food? because I'm supposed to go on this no-sugar fast but it's wayy to hard to i ate 300 calories worth of junk food. (aka sugar) If i go and burn 300 calories of this, will it eliminate what i just ate?
Or...has my insulin levels skyrocketed and made me gain weight?

counting calories doesn't make you lose weight. you need to have a balanced diet made up of proteins, carbs, and healthy fats. stay away from all processed foods and sugar
not all calories are created equal. you can have chocolate the whole day and your calorie intake is 1200, but your still going to gain weight. even if you reduced your calories.
butter and oils don't make you gain weight. they are 100% natural. it's the refined sugar and dangerous chemicals in fake food that is hurting your body. sugar is not natural. your body has no idea what to do with it but store it as fat.
