Price for matinee???????

I searched up the ticket prices for a matinee and its MORE then the regular price (for a child ticket) It's $10.00 for a matinee and $9.25 for a regular child ticket. I know the matinee price is the price for the adult tickets.
How much would it be for a child matinee ticket? would it still be $10.00?
and, its the justin bieber movie, Never Say Never.
