In about two week I, along with my mum will start a raw food diet eg no meat, bread, pasta etc..
I'm 15 and my family HAS done it before, I was just much younger the last time...
But if I go to the gym for half and hour x 6 days a week, will I lose weight quickly? Like just the raw food diet alone?
