I want to lose weight (approx 5 - 10 kg) In the next 1 and 1\2 months.

Do you have any good diet plans? *Optional include success stories

Also I need some motivation...I tend to stop in the middle of the diet and go
on eating.

This diet is supposed to be a suprsie for someone when they come back so I
REALLY want to do it. I want to start tomorrow but i need help. Additional
information is appreciated.

have green tea in the morning

have oily fish

in lunch have lean meat

after 2 hours have sandwich

then at dinner avoid sugar or any types of carbohydrates

always eat dinner 2 hours before you go to sleep

just cut off sugar from your entire diet is even better

for exersise do HIIT

to keep you going listen to some powerful music
