btw im a girl , i really want to get healthier i eat nothing but junk and drink NOTHING except diet coke and hardly exercise so i was thinking about doing this (also could you plz tell me if this will help and how it will)
-going to sleep at 8:30 every night
-waking up at 7:30 everyday and going for a run
-drinking nothing but water
-having a bath twice a day
-eating nothing but fruit or salad

Not at all. Eating nothing is never healthy.
