I've been trying to lose weight and I weigh myself once a week to keep on track. I've lost two pounds in the last two weeks and have ten pounds to go. It's been hard since i plateaued for about a month and didn't lose any weight, then the past two weeks I seemed to have got back on track. I ate really well today, but then came home and ate a huge bowl of white pasta and cheese sauce, now I feel really guilty even though i exercise at least 5 days a week. I was hoping to splurge a little this weekend to go drink with friends, but now i just ate that big bowl of pasta i feel like i don't deserve to. (It seems like i keep making this a habit and i find it hard to stop cheating). Should i nix the drinking this weekend for that bowl of pasta i ate? Also what would be a great workout to burn all that extra calories off?

Hello. I think you need to to acknowledge that it was one meal amongst the 21 meals you ate that week so don't be so hard on yourself. You still will be able to have the drinks but maybe space wthem with water, try low calorie drinks like soda, lime and vodka and diet soft drink based drinks rather than sugary cocktails then do some extra exercise that day and the day after to balance it out.
A bowl od cheese pasta probably doesn't have more than 500 calories so in the scheme of things it will be easy to make up if you watch your food intake for the next few days and up the exercise.
Guilt is horrible for weight loss, it can sabotage your efforts. Just acknowledge that you made a bad choce, set a goal for what you will do to make up for it and don't think about it again!!
