I pretty much only drink water and gatorade, I dont drink soda, and rarley drink coffee, and ive recently cut milk out of the picture. Now im trying to go on a stricter, healthier diet, and im thinking about cutting gatorade out. I know water is the best way to go, and ive done this before and I always feel great when water is the only thing I drink, but is their anything in gatorade that I need, that im propably not getting anywhere else?
