I'm not actually overweight, but I've got a lot of puppy fat and... flabby arms and tummy.
I seem to get skinny sometimes (like I'll now feel like eating so much and it'll be easier), but I think I have eating binges and I feel bloated and 'big'...
I sometimes look up how to lose weight, but it's all complicated stuff.
Sooo, I was wondering if I just slowly cut back on my eating, lower portion sizes, drink lots of water (or have tea or coffee if I feel a bit 'hungry'), and do a few sit-ups and do some weights-for my arms with dumbells, if that would help me?
OR any tips, hints, without major dieting/exercise would be great.
