How long does it take to get to Italy from England?

To milan

Answer on How long does it take to get to Italy from England?

By plane: it depends from where. From the south of England about 2-2.5 hours maximum. From the north, you'll be closer to 2.5 hours.

By car: as the others say, about 13 hours non-stop.

By train: Pick up the Eurostar late afternoon from St Pancras, arrive in Paris Gare de Nord 2 hours later, then go across town (leave at least an hour) and get the overnight train to Venice (I think it leaves about 8ish). that'll get you in to Milan at 5.30 am. Overall not much different to driving, except much cheaper!
