mean, e.g. When I listen to English, it's like if the person had a chewing gum stuck on his/her palate, as if they were drunk when they speak, or as if they didn't vocalise well. But how does Spanish sound for you? I've heard thousands of times, it sounds like Maschine-gun fast. But I don't get it that well.
And the other does it sound warm? melodic? strrrrrrrrong? chicky? Thanks ^^ Greets from Colombia.
Answer on What do people think about Spanish language? How do you hear it?
It depends on the speaker. I *think* that when I'm hearing a person who isn't well-educated, I get a rather shrill "note" to it (if that makes sense) - it's something about the accent, although I don't speak Spanish well enough myself to tell you much more than that. A person who has a good speaking voice makes it sound fairly nice; it's not quite as "liquid" as Italian, but it's not unpleasant.
