After being told I need to lose 3kgs, I decided that I need to seriously look into my diet.
I blame myself for eating the wrong foods for my blood type. I am blood type O, so things like dairy and wheat is banned- yet i still eat them because I grew up eating cereal and toast every morning. Something like just eggs or a smoothie wouldn't satisify me. I can't find other milk subsitutes here (in South Korea) its either cows milk or soy (which i heard isn't that good for you either). Anyone have a really good diet plan for an O blood type person? I exercise a lot so its not my laziness thats the problem.
