Lady Gaga ends deal with Target stores. Will you boycott Target too?

Target Stores has donated money to organizations that DO NOT support gays, lesbians, pedophiles, bisexuals OR transgenders. As a result, Lady Gaga has ended a deal with Target stores that would have allowed them to sell an exclusive special addition of her upcoming album.

Will you also join her in boycotting Target?

I need help building more muscle mass? ANSWERS PLEASE!?

I'm 15 years old, about 5'6" or 5'7", and around 130 pounds. I have a six pack and fairly defined pecs. I don't work out on a regular basis, although I do things like pushups, pullups, crunches, etc every day.

I eat lots of eggs and I usually eat a well balanced diet with almost no simple carbohydrates or junk food.

What are some dietary tips for building more heavy muscle mass? Would it make sense to take a protein mix of some sort? Should I take fish oil? Should I drink more water? How much should I eat? Would running increase or decrease my muscle mass?

I want to get a bigger upper body, as well as lower body. What are some workouts that would help? I have access to a swimming pool.

Really I just want some general tips about building muscle mass. Everything is appreciated.

Just eat man. Especially more protein. Shakes after each lifting session. If you want to get bigger you have to take in more calories, especially for more muscle mass. And its a good thing you want to work your lower body, a lot of guys just work their upper body, and they look kinda weird once you notice it. You want to do more compound exercises that work several muscles like Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench press.

You should have a schedule kinda like mine

for example

Monday - Shoulders, Legs
Tues- cardio
Wed- Chest Triceps
Thurs - cardio or rest
Fri- cardio
Sat - Back Bicep
Sun- rest or cardio

with Abs 2-3 times a week


dont work out everyday, give your muscles time to rest/grow. And you should at least do some form of cardio twice a week, its better for your heart and you'll cut out some of the fat you'll be taking in to stay a little bit leaner. Swimming works really well, and should help get your a stronger lower body. You won't lose muscle unless you run for really long distances for over 40 minute sseveral times a week. My cardio is usually 15-20 minutes of HIIT. Go invest in some Whey protein to take after each lifting session, no need for fish oil at your age.
