I'm 16 years old, 5'2" and 130 - 140 lbs right now and my goal weight is around 115 lbs.
I eat alot of fruits, vegetables, one whole wheat item daily, and maybe two low fat dairy items daily, and tofu for protein. I usually do like yogurt with fruit for breakfast, fruit for a snack, a vegetable sandwich on a whole wheat bagel and a piece of fruit for lunch, and some cooked vegetables with tofu and some seasoning for dinner and maybe some more fruit later if I need it. That's what I normally eat, trying to lose weight or not.
And I drink at least 2 - 3 liters of water daily, and green tea as well.
My workout will probably me about 35 - 40 minutes, 2 times a day, 6 days a week. I'll be doing 40 minutes of cardio after school/before dinner, and I do time on my exercise bike and time on my treadmill, mixing it up and doing differently every day. And then after dinner, I'll probably do about 20 minutes of resistance/strength training, like pilates, squats, walking lunges, all sorts of exercises and another 20 minutes of cardio, using my bike and treadmill, still mixing it up
I wanna lose 15 - 20 or so pounds by September - October
With this plan, if I stick with it, will I lose weight?

My dad made up a coffee diet and he lost 20lb in 4 or 5 weeks! He eats 1 or 2 meals a day, lots of meat (not fried) and he drinks coffee for the rest of his meals. He doesn't even work out. BUT do not eat low fat food. They remove good fat that can actually be burned easily and put chemicals that over work your liver.
