Hey guys, I'm a 15 year old female, and I really need to lose weight. I weigh around 154lbs (11st) and i really need help. it's mostly around the stomach and legs that I need to lose it. any help would be grateful! thanks a lot! :D
and please don't say:
- you're still growing, it's unhealthy.
- you're paranoid
- you don't need to lose weight.
because I feel the need to and it will help me with my confidence. :)

drink a lot of water and NOT SODAS OR JUICES! but milks ok
eat your vitamins
check your bmi (body mass index)
count your calories
eat less then 1200 calories a day
exercise and try to burn 4700 calories a day if you eat 1200 calories
that will make you loose 1 pound a day
stay away from the tv
If you do watch tv then do an exercise like lunches or situps
leave the house if you leave your house then you will have to eat less
no sweets srry
get more active, get involved in school sports or activies after school + its fun
