I'm 15, 5'6, and 135. Yesterday I completely binged (mostly on healthy food) after going about 2 weeks on my diet. I purged back up most of the food I binged on but I still felt I messed up my diet. Today, I decided to completely start over my diet and stay 110% motivated to lose the last 10 pounds. I am planning to lose 10 pounds by the end of December and weigh 125 pounds. I run everyday for at least 1 hour. Here is what I had today:
1 can of soup (100 calories)
1 cup of yogurt
1 handful of nuts
I am going to do this from now on. I usually eat like this anyways even if I am not dieting. I have lost weight eating like this before, but is this too much to eat to lose the last ten pounds? Thx

you want to burn more calories than you eat everyday, that will help you lose weight. so as long as you burn off more than you're eating while you run you will lose weight fast
