What's the fastest way to get ripped?

I want to build muscle fast. I know there is no over night solution to this, but are there any diet/exercise plans to help speed up the process? Ideally, I'd like to have dramatic results in 2 months: I'm very determined and a hard worker, so I know I can do it. I just need tips for my diet and workouts to maximize results over a two month period.

There are tons of diet and workout plans to help you get ripped fast!

And none of them work.

It depends greatly on your current condition (most people are not good judges of their own condition), and how much time and effort you are willing to put into it. In two months the most 'dramatic results' you can probably hope for is going to be a little bit more muscle definition - and that's if you've already built some up before you started.

I've been having a lot of luck with something I started doing at the gym - there are always women carrying little tiny weights while they walk on the track - so I tried grabbing a pair of 15-20# dumbbells and while I walk (fast pace) I will do curls, punch out, punch up, curl them backwards over my shoulder, etc. You don't even need a lot of weight for that to start kicking your azz after a few laps.

I had an off-duty cop jog past once and tell me that he thought it was a good idea - I do have to watch out for people though. I don't want to cold-cock someone upside the head with 20#.

How can I get back into my diet?? PLEASE HELP!!?

OK so last year I decided it was time to lose weight. I am 5"4 and was 200 lbs. I was soo motivated and I ate only healthy food. I didn't even crave anything unhealthy. I lost 50 lbs threw diet and exercise. Then I got comfortable and stopped, but i still wanted to lose 30 more pounds. I recently gained back 10 lbs and I just cannot get my motivation back!! I just want to eat everything!! what is my problem?? I really want to be healthy and fit. Anyone have any tips? or been in the same situation??

Look at yourself in the mirror naked. That will probably help.

P.S. I am not trying to be a perv, I am totally serious. Some people see themselves naked and automatically want to lose weight.
