Piece of fruit
Brown rice, a serving of some protein, cooked brussels sprouts or carrots or whatever veggie you like
Small salad - whatever veggies you like
Fat free/sugar free pudding or jello
Small piece of low fat cheese (1 ounce) and a few pretzels
