I've been doing about 1-2 hours of cardio a day for the passed two months. My legs and buttocks have slimmed down a bit but I am absolutely having a hard time losing weight. I will be checking with my doctor at some point, but I just want to know if anyone knows of anything to help support weight loss? I'm not talking about "magic pills" for weight loss. I'm talking about something that will help me lose weight the healthy way (1-2 pounds a week) with diet and exercise. I also drink a lot of water throughout the day so I mean any suggestions other than lots of water.
Answer on I'm looking for a healthy way to help weight loss?
since you have been doing alot of cardio in the past couple of months you should have lost weight, but what you haven't mentioned is whether you have got your diet right which seems to me the exact problem. you need to incorporate a lot of fruits and all types of veggies into your diet, like some fruits like apples, oranges and strawberries or even bananas. eat lots of greens and various other veggies. since i am not aware of the place you live i can't suggest you any specific veggies, but try eating alot of those. drink milk as well if you wish to loose weight and maintain it.
stay away from all junk foods and saturated foodstuff like chese although limited cheese consumption is fine. reduce meat consumption a little.avoid aerated drinks and alchohol. some red wine is okk. drink lots of water as well. all these will finally help you looose weight proportionally, i guess you are a bit worried about losing fat from the abdominal region and the stomach.
but all in all ,you need to eat sufficiently and feed yourself well, don't try and undereat ever...the efffects will be horible.
gud luck mate...!!!! wish you will be succesful :-)
