I am on a diet that I count?

net carbs. When I eat something prepackaged that only lists Carbs, how do I translate the ingredients into net carbs? I notice even on diet meals like weight watchers they dont have net carbs listed. Please only reply if you know how to do this.

Answer on I am on a diet that I count?

Net carbs is calculated as total grams carbs minus grams of fiber (Carbs - FIber = Net Carbs).

Normally, products have to list both of these. If fiber isn't listed, you can assume that it's at 0, and thus net carbs = total grams carbs.
