I run a mile in 10:59, I know it is slow, any how how should i loose weight? i think a diet is drastic at this point, but how should i loose weight?
Answer on I am 15, 5'9" , and 195 lbs. is that over weight?
just eat healthy..fruit/veggies...about 1600 calories a day...and stay active.
dont go to extreme measures.
