I want to Be able to run a 5k In June and i am starting to run 3- 4 times a week, how can i run a mile in like a week ? I am 5'7 and 185 lbs and also trying to lose weight.Could anyone recommend a diet and running program for a busy 15 year old ??

Stay away from sodas, candy, white flour and junk food.
Eat REAL food like vegetables, fruits, homemade chicken, and almonds.
Look up Runner's World.com for great information about your training.
I suggest you walk daily and every other block or so on your walk, jog for a block and then walk the next two blocks. This combination of walking & jogging will be great for your heart. Be sure to slow down if you feel really tired and just walk.
