I recently decided to go one a diet to loose some weight. Especially on my stomache. I want to loose it the healthy way. So i want advice from people who have had experience on succesful weight loss to help me please. So whats the QUICKET and EASIEST way to loose weight without takeing diet pills?

This method isn't as quick or easy but it works
Buy a pedometer - typically $12-$20
(pedometer may have to be set for stride -
you can buy a model that doesn't - starts working immediately)
Walk 10,000 steps on the pedometer every single day
Regulate your eating and you will lose weight that you will keep off
A friend of mine swears by his pedometer
He has lost over 30 pounds in a few months with no weight back
