I suffer from PCOS and would like to loose weight?

I have pcos and have been trying to loose weight in order to balance my hormones, I have lost weight before but it has meant literally starving to shift the extra pounds. I really don't want to keep starving myself everytime the weight creeps on but i'm at a loss as to what to do as conventional diets don't work for me unless i'm doing lots of exercise (eg 2-3 hours of exercise a day of slow fat burning such as walking, cycling yoga etc.) and this isn't practical as I have to work and have a family to look after. So far i've been working out about 5xs a week for 2 hours or more since january i have reduced my portions and cut down on sugar and I have only managed to loose about 6 pounds. to be honest it is really getting me down, i feel like giving up but if i do the weight will pile on twice as fast as i lost it and I know ill be putting my health at risk eg infertility, diabetes etc etc. I need help!!!

Answer on I suffer from PCOS and would like to loose weight?

well, it really sounds you are doing everything. workouts, smaller portion meals. I also am trying to lose 20 lbs to 30 lbs and have looked at P90x but felt it was slow weight loss and more muscle building. I found Shaun T's insanity workout to be more intense with more cardio, some resistance and feel like i will lose pounds faster, in 60 days instead of 90 days like P90x.
what I found works for me is very small breakfasts; juice, water, protein eggs; AFTER a run;
absolutely no carbs after 5 pm, just roughage, fiber vegetables and "some" fruits". too may fruits wil build fructose and turn into sugar, and into pounds.
