Ok so this summer im going to be working out and dieting. Im going to start working out at home and at the YMCA and im going to be riding my bike more often. Im also getting inrolled in Dance class (contemporary dance). When school starts back up im playing softball and possibly basket ball. And i may even still be in dance class (or dance at school because we have dance there also). Anything else I should do? Tips? advice? Spread some of that knowledge!
