i really want to go to nationals this april so i decided to come up with a plan. i need to drop 6-30 seconds. (6 the losest, 30 the higest) and i need help. what are some tips, diet plans, excersizes, scheduales anything that will help me loose time. i welly welly need your help!(i am 12 and a girl)

If 6 seconds could get you the time then why would you want 30?? Your question makes little to no sense and you need to learn how to spell. Aside from that i can tell you right now that you seem very immature and i doubt you would ever be able to get to nationals by spring.
