Hi my name is joey, and i am looking to loose weight and build muscle. Im not looking to become a buff body builder, just a little bit toned and loose alot of weight. Im up for any challange. I have a gym membership, and i can make it up there anytime i need to. I am 17 years old, 5'11" and 240. I am not in the best shape, and im looking to TRANSFORM by the summer time (may?) I need a 7 day workout plan, monday-sunday! I want to work hard and change myself for the better.
AND, yes I do eat the right foods. I dont need a diet plan, just a workout plan. But if you have a weekly diet plan, that would help too.
