Answer on Disney world VS disney cruise?

I agree with 'Halo Mom'. We did the Disney land/cruise vacation twice, when our daughter was in grade school. We all enjoyed it very much. The cruise has a fantastic kids club, that our daughter loved. We started taking our daughter to WDW at age 4. It's the perfect age to start. If you can only choose to go to WDW or on the cruise though, I would choose WDW at this time. It would be very exciting for your daughter. Make sure to make dining reservations as soon as you can, since they fill up fast. The character meals at Chef Mickey's (Contemporary), Hollywood & Vine (Disney's Hollywood Studios), Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom), & Akershus dining with the Princesses (Epcot's Norway) are a lot of fun with great food. Don't forget sunscreen & light jackets. We brought a light umbrella stroller with us, when our daughter was this age. There is a lot of walking. Although you could rent a carriage, it gets expensive & you have the hassle of having to get one at each park & can't take it to other places (such as Downtown Disney) with you. Have fun!
