So I'd like to go on a diet/exercise plan until school starts this year- I'd also like to continue losing weight after school starts. Nonetheless, I'd like to focus on the first month first. In other words, I'd like to lose as much weight as is practical before the school year starts.
Honestly, I don't have tons of spending money right now, so I can't afford a gym/diet program membership. In addition, for dinners, I'll simply be eating VERY small quantities of whatever me mum makes. She's made it clear that she won't cook anything special for me, and nonetheless gets offended if I don't eat what she makes. Breakfast and lunch are my own to deal with, though.
So basically, I'm looking for a good month long exercise/diet plan that I can do at home. Something that has variety would be nice, since I tend to bore easily.

Just eat right and exercise regularly.
