I'm trying to lose weight. I'm 160 pounds and I am 13. I do 50 squats a day and run 150 calories on a treadmill, do 30 sit ups and etc. I don't eat lunch either. Its not entirely because I'm trying to lose weight. I just don't feel hungry, but if I don't eat lunch does it mean when i eat food I get more weight? Thanks. And how long do you think it would take at this rate to lose 10 pounds? And how much would I lose after a month.

Last year I weighed almost two hundred pounds and now I weigh a nice 126. The best things I found were to drink lots of water and to find a method of exercise that you enjoy doing. Also mix it up if you don't like the results you are getting. If you keep up healthy eating and exercise you should lose two to three pounds a week. Not eating lunch isn't as detrimental as not eating breakfast and you could mix it up with a snack in the afternoon and you should soon get the results you want. Remember that you are young so your weight could change more frequently due to hormones. Just keep on trying and you shouldn't have any problems losing the weight.
