WHICH PILL WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TO BE THE MOST ACCURATE WEIGHT LOSS THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE EXERCISE?

Don't go for pills because they make your stomach get bigger.
I've been doing this diet and people started to notice I got a flatter stomach:
I'm eating a healthy breakfast, something light, like cracker with tuna, or broiled eggs with wheat bread, no coffee, half of a cup of any juice I like.
Then eat some fruits when I feel a little hungry, like grapes, blueberries, or strawberries. If you mix them, even better. The body need a bit of everything.
And finally whatever I want for lunch, but not too much. I eat whatever I want, like rice, salad, chicken, meat, pork, whatever! but in small amounts. I stop when I start getting full, so my belly don't get any bigger.
At night if I get a little hungry I either eat a fruit like banana or grapes again or some crackers.
