Feeling gloomy and sleepy yet I have an exam to prepare for...tips?

So this week has been a bit rough on me with college work and such. I will be taking an exam in about 2 1/2 hrs and im here doing some last minute studying to make sure I don't forget everything. Anyways, I just feel so exhausted to the point that I can't even concentrate much. Even though i'm drinking a coffee to keep alert but its not working. I don't know if im just extremely tired or if i'm just feeling really blue, or both. As a matter of fact, I've been feeling really blue all week and constantly worried (been under alot of stress) How can I keep my concentration when im taking my exam? And what should I do when I get home? Sleep? Exercise?

It might seriously help to take a nap for like half an hour. Just make sure to wake up in time (set a huge alarm or get someone to wake you up.) If you can't concentrate due to lack of sleep you won't do will on your exam.
Afterwards you should feel relieved, maybe the depressed feeling will be gone.
