So, for the past 4 weeks, I've been going to gym 2 times a week sometimes 3 for an hour, besides that, I also jog everyday, and, I eat a very strict diet, here it is: When I wake up, a fruit and water, I drink 8 glasses of water everyday, before eating I eat vegetables, water and fruits, and I only eat not-industrial chicken, and that's my diet. so that's basically what i did for this past 4 weeks, yet I only lost 2 kilograms!
What am I doing wrong? Should I do more exersize? help please!

2 kilograms in four weeks is actually pretty reasonable. You're doing fine. Reasonable weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week.
